Food is amazing. Service staff are super friendly. Going to miss the Laksa pizza. If you haven't tried... Hurry it will be gone soon. :(

utterly disappointed with your service. I ordered for home delivery using the app and the delivery time was set to 85 minutes. I called the call center to check status and cancel since the order was not even prepared. (7 to 40 working days for refund!!!) and the guy cancelled. In the meantime, I called a different restaurant and already ordered my food. 10 minutes later, a guy from the store (+65-64647536) called and started rudely arguing with me. "The food is already ready and the rider is also available, why did you cancel. This is not good - you are wasting food here".... I was shocked and didn't know how to respond to that. I informed him that I have already ordered at a different restaurant and they are willing to deliver in 30 min and I do not want to waste their food as well. Overall, the person talking to me was unacceptably rude and this marks the end of Pizza Hut Pizza Hut for me! By the way, I enquired and the store is 3 Eng Kong Terrace, Singapore 598975

Some time back, the default pan size was decent for a decent price (12 $ if I recall correctly). Just ordered again (Grab), and what I got for 12$ was a 15 cm rip-off.

The order tracker is never accurate. 3 times I ordered, it says “Enjoy your meal”. But delivery is always at least 1/2 hour to 1 hour later than espected delivery time.

Hi i have met with a unpleasant experience today. today saturday at about 7 pm , pizza hut eng kong terrance outlet. I was waiting for my grabfood order, a old rider came to ask the girl about his order. the girl staff replied if its not there then its not there la! ( in a very loud and unhappy voice) then the old uncle say sorry im just asking for my order. i got agitated and ask her about my order and as expected she say its there already means its ready already la aiyo. i ask her why is she unhappy? She say why i not happy you want fight isit? i ask her for her name she say why must i tell you? then i say i will complain about you she say go complain la i not scared. Notice that she was not wearing her mask properly too. i can only complain about her. hope Pizza Hut can ask her why is she unhappy for me thanks.
