Burger King

I had a very unpleasant experience at Burger King Kitchener Complex ( BLK 809 French Road,#01-31, Kitchener Complex, Singapore 200809) on 7th June 2022 at 4 pm in the afternoon. There were no other customers besides me at the front counter at the time. When I tried to place an order at the counter, the Burger King staff ( an Indian Man) very rudely shouted at me in a loud voice ( "PLACE YOUR ORDER AT THE KIOSK!"). There was no please or thank you at all. His eyes were also glaring fiercely at me, as though I had offended him in some way. Basically, the male Burger King staff refused to take direct orders at the counter and forced all customers to place an order via the self-ordering kiosk. BTW, there are 2 kiosks, and 1 is out of order. Apparently, no body at Burger King actually bothers to do anything right, at this particular store. This is the very first time that I have visited this store so I do not know any of the Burger King staff working there. There was no reason to be so rude and fierce towards me, as though I was their personal enemy! The next customer to walk in, behind me, was also subjected to the same rude treatment by the very same Burger King Indian Male staff. After I placed my order, the other 2 Indian Lady Burger King staff were just openly chit chatting amongst themselves, and they took their time to fulfill the orders. I had to wait a full 10 minutes just for my simple order of 2 drinks to be served. The tables at this Burger King Joint were also filthy and unclean. The Trash area was overloaded and the Burger King staff did not bother to do anything about the cleanliness. They seemed to enjoy more time openly chit chatting with one another ( the Indian man and 2 Indian Women) than actually doing any work or serving their customers. Burger King, If you are reading this, please discipline your staff!

Shortage of staff at time of visit at around 12.30pm. only 1 staff preparing burgers. Place a bit stuffy cannot feel much of the aircon. Despite the staff shortage, the crew still perform pretty well serving as Best as they could. Food standard as expected of a burger King joint. Kudos to the staff..

I just love the croissant mushroom n swiss, potato balls & hot piping coffee.

This Burger King reminds me of my trip to USA fast food joints as this restaurant is dirty. The floor is sticky and dirty, oil stain and debris can be seen on the chairs and tables. Good food but just not a pleasant place to sit too long. Note: a lady sat down beside me while I am writing this, she saw the stain on the bench and she decided to walk out.

1) 1st impression, sticky floor. Walking around the store with a sticky sound on my sandal. Bad experience. 2) 2nd impression, at least 2 of the empty tables are not cleared, at least 3 empty tables cleared but with water stain on the table. 3) inside the food paper wrapper, can see abit of powder. It is impossible to keep your finger clean while opening the wrapper & folding the wrapper to prepare for eating. 4) for my cappuccino, I wasn’t given a stirrer & sugar until I ask for it. 5) coke taste flat, like no gas. 6) only compliment is food is warm when served. 7) will not go again if there are other options.

Really dirty, with trash on the floor and the tables are dirty and greasy. Even the seats are greasy. I already chose the cleanest area to sit in. Feels like they are understaffed and cleaning is not the priority (understandable, but still gross).

One of the fast food outlet located within the nearby premises of workplace for workers, residents living nearby and hotels Partons within five minutes walk proximity. Quite a good place to visit in the morning as it is usually packed with parton.

Best choice to experience slowest food restaurant. 1. Dirty table 2. Weird smell from the wrapping paper of the burger 3. The wrapping paper is greasy and will cause your hand dirty Recommend to go subway at the opposite or Mcd near the mrt station.
