★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet is busy during peak hours, prioritising deliveries over walk-in customers, causing a Q at entrance, situation made worse with Covid restrictions. The counter was busy with coordinating andpreparing drinks for deliveries, giving scant attention to patrons. It is not very welcoming forcwalk in customers, and good takes more time to prepare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service very slow as they are hugely understaffed. Food cools on the counter long before they pass it to you. Macdonalds will decimate them once in opens in mid 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast service. No crowd. Very pleasant. Like this place. Staff are friendly and quick service. Places available all the time. Yummy fish burger. Located just beside the main door of the mall. In this location it is pleasure to have the store here.

Awfully long wait for a burger. I had to wait 50mins for my meal. This place is crowded not because it's popular, it's because the team is not capable of completing orders quick enough. It takes about 15 mins for an order to be completed. From what I see there's no lack of manpower.

I waited for 45 minutes for my meal just to be disappointed to open my meal at home to see a disgusting single patty chicken veggi burger of some sort..what in the world?? staffs were all not well trained to deal will high demand peak hour. So slow and not organized when packing the orders. Manager of outlet needs to wake up his/her idea..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid premium for takeaway yuzu double salmon burger. To my dismay when I got home, found out in the bag that the outlet packed a cheap single patty chicken burger instead.
Order and dine at own risk at Sembawang outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, less than stellar experience. Ordered via kiosk, took more than 20 mins to get a simple drink and burger x 2 order fulfilled. Team struggling with order loads, eg Grab. Very few places to dine in, wasn't helped by stern supervisor. As always, the experience has to be seen from the customer's perspective. Unclean table, order overtime, no sorry, no thankyou. The staff looked frantic. It's what happens when supervisor and team are stressed. Perhaps a deep breath and a back to basics operational review is in order.
