Burger King - #01-01 Burger King

Ordered 2pcs chicken n onion ring as take away. The chicken was totally cold (0% warm), but onion ring is ok. Its such a disappointment as I believe the fast food chain should not served their already cold foods that was left on the shelf.

this place would have folded if not because its the only place opens late in the area. i waited for 10 minutes for a cold burger, when the shop is as quiet as you could hear the pin drop

The service is really slow. We waited a long time for the dine in order. There's only 2 staff working hard and really feel pity for them, one is elderly lady. We can see long queues of pickup delivery drivers and a few get frustrated. Labour crunch is real.

Update: Major improvements lately as residents have more options. Counter staff are more efficient and their app is working now. This review is specifically for the COVID-19 pandemic period. Delivery guys get priority. Online orders and those who ordered at the counter for take away had to wait. The number does not display on their screen. Yet if you walk up to the counter to enquire, they say "Look at the screen! If it's not there, it's not ready!". Err... But your screen is not working. No numbers are ever displayed. No one knows what is the progress. They call out the numbers and expect everyone to hear it with people trying to stand at least one Metre away from each other. The older lady's pronunciation is not clear and rude. The tall guy just ignore you. You might as well be dead. Then they have food packed, wrote the number on it but have it facing inside. If the screen is not working, at least have the number facing out! They clearly cannot cope with the volume. McDonald's is closed. So their sales has gone up. Employ more! The online order said 20 min for collection. In actual fact, way longer. Order submitted 11.36 am. Order ready: 12.41 Reason : online orders are not packed at all. We asked them after 30 min if they are getting online orders packed, the tall guy ignore us assuming we are simply impatient. I asked again 50 min after order and they say they cannot see the order. It took them over 10 min to pack

The New BBQ Cheesy Beef Trio Woah. This is a good size burger with 2 patties, cheese, bacon and BBQ sauce. Great new additional to have a beef burger using the sandwich regularly used in the Chicken Sandwich. Only $7.90 for a full meal. Great deal, BK!!!

So I usually like bk more than mcd's and this is an exception. Worst whopper I have ever had. Fries are old and soggy. Almost zero lettuce. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to McDonald's. This burger king is terrible. No gloves on hands as they put my fries in or got my drink. They don't give straws but you can't drink your soda without one bc the bubble tea wrapper thing won't come off. Just don't go!

In my experience, everything was smooth. Service It was friendly and the store itself was clean. I didn't wait long for my meal and enough options for different diets. So far nothing to fault. Pros: Enough waiting line for delivery service Enough parking area for delivery Clean and nice ambience Service and food are decent Cons: Light is a little dim in dining area

Burger King burgers are actually nicer than most of their competitors. The only thing that the lose out is the efficiency and store cleanliness. This store is one of the better ones that I have visited. The order is rather fast, could be due to not much crowd. The staff is alright and the store is clean. So there is nothing much to complain about.
