★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seldom make a review but really suggest to the company to do something about the lack of manpower!! Many reviews here stated that there is only one staff manning the counter and kitchen respectively and I agree. Even during peak hour there is only 1 person manning the counter. Both the counter and kitchen staff look very stressed and occasionally there is a long and slow moving queue.
Have visited and observed the outlet many times and during peak hour, have to wait 10-15 mins. This makes it unpleasant for the staff as well as the customers. However, kudos to the staff for being friendly despite the crowd.
Perhaps they could do something like an ordering kiosk (like mcdonalds/KFC), which allows people to place their orders and then collect it from the counter. Would very likely help with the manpower issue and increase the speed of orders going out of the kitchen since more staff can be prioritised in the kitchen rather than at the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service staff . Dishonest staff. There was a promotion in store and staff didn't mention. Made me pay extra for the same meals ordered. When asked.. they said.. grab pay no refund !! What kind of bad service is this? What's the point of electronic payment then ? To make customer lose money ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly for a fast food joint and affordable price you cant go wrong foods fresh and tastes good. Tried the satay chicken soft shell chilli crab and clam chowder. Clam chowders okay...nothing close to New England.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait for more than half an hour to get my order. The queue is not long, but the seller just ignored my order even I asked her twice. So many people order after me got their food and leave. Feel very angry about it. Won’t but again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order a fish&fries set and an onion ring separately, when I go home and open it, only 1 piece onion ring!! What the ridiculous thing I just met!! 1 piece of onion ring charged by 2 dollars!!

All order jam behind n keep on take order. And do all walk in in first.
And its really no staff working. 1 at front 1 at kitchen. Big company know how to earn money but squeeze worker.
For those order thru delivery platform. Think twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally I can enjoy my favourite fish and shrimps right here in West Coast Plaza. Been derived because of a bad experience 2 years ago - a rude supervisor and a bochap crew.
Today all is well. Had a very satisfying meal. But one flaw still remained: crew still more focused on their chatters than a queuing customer. Maybe it is an LJS West Coast Plaza tradition. Cultural?
