β β β β β Update... ordered some fresh chilled lamb rack. Wow meat so sweet. I roasted with honey/pomegranate glaze and it tasted like char Siew delicious
Just made first of many purchases- fresh Chorizo sausage. Ordered chilled and hung lamb rack for weekend, eyeing their aged beef. Great service as I saw they assisted by carrying their famous butcher boxes to a nearby car. More details to come

β β β β β Newly open (2021) butcher store in this area.
Not a big place but they do have variety of cuts. Including a big fridge with dried age beefs.
They also have fish section. Really like their NZ Akaroa Salmon.
They have a shelf full of seasoning and spices from Australia and UK, etc.
At the moment, they are having promotion for their opening on some items. Yay!

β β β β β Staff was extremely friendly. The old British staff was a bit fierce but meat was good. The steak was good, but nothing to rave about because many place offer good steak. Mine was about $22 I think I would be able to get it cheaper elsewhere for the same standard. HOWEVER, the SMASH BURGER PATTY was the BEST. Iβm glad I managed to got 3! Please donβt change the standard, definitely going back to get more! If youβre lucky, get the buns too! They make a hell lot of difference.
$5 for patty + $2 for bun, you get to make burger A LOT better than places you can get in Singapore!
Got a $12.50 truffle cheddar cheese as well - it was worth a try! Tasted great.
Recommend patty, bun & cheese. Can get other cut of steak! Looking forward to try the dry aged one next time too

β β β β β Well-stocked butcher, usually not crowded and they will only allow 3 people outside at any one time due to the size of the shop. Sells dry aged beef and a good variety of all kinda of frozen seafood (salmon, lobster, prawns, squids, etc) and meat (kebab, steak, lamb, etc)

β β β β β You can get everything you need for the BBQ here? Wagyu beef burger (fresh or frozen), minced meat and fresh raw sausage are also good for the daily cooking!
