The experience, trustworthy and dedicated staff run this boarding house exclusively for cats. The Caldecatts were housed with them since early 2016 when Mutts & Mitten was located at Pasir Ris. Updates and attention are promptly given if the cats have a need. Appreciate all their kind efforts

Here at Mutts & Mittens @ Lucky Cat Inn - the staff are genuine cat lovers with impressively intricate knowledge of feline behaviour and conditions - thanks to decades of experience handling and rehoming rescue cats. No matter what type of personality or temperament your cat has - you can trust that it will feel safe and right at home because it is in excellent, capable hands!

Our two very nervous cats were very well cared for. They are not used to strangers and places outside our place, but were able to find welcoming temporary home as we were getting ready for our international move. We were kept inform about their wellbeing. When visiting we could see how much cats are loved and cared for at this place. So, I can recommend it to any one who needs to board their cats.

Couldn't ask for more for the experience of the stay. Kitties were showered with love and cuddles. And the space that our cats got... was more than enough as compared to other boarding. Love it that there's a night caretaker which many boarding places do not have. And even love it that there's CCTV to spy on the cats even when we were away. It's a stressful time when cats aren't in their usual familiar places, the love Mutts and Mittens at Guillemard gave our cats compensated more than ever.

Will NOT recommend Mutts and Mittens due to their BAD customer service/response time. I made a booking through their website on 8th July - 11th July for my cat’s boarding. The dates were open and available. Their website went through and successfully accepted the booking. I sent over the necessary documents and money for the overall sum, and dropped them a WhatsApp to let them know that I’ve sent them everything that they needed. They replied the next morning and told me that it was fully booked and asked if they could switch the days for me OR they will refund me my payment. I chose to opt for a refund as I needed to board my cat urgently. They told me refunds will take 7-14 days. Afew days later I asked if they could refund me soonest as I needed the money for another boarding facility. They said they will try to expedite the refund and will update me when it is done. At this point, I’m quite upset but I still responded politely and calmly. 7 days later, I asked them if they have refunded me but they did not reply. I followed up the next day and they said they are expediting the refund again. (Same reason). At this point it has been a week that I’ve been waiting for a refund. I’m really upset, frustrated and annoyed at this point. I did not engage in any of their services but I still had to wait 2 weeks for a refund. I called them through WhatsApp twice, called the landline but there was no response. I aired my grievances to them but they did not reply me. They are NOT responsive. They DO NOT care, and they are withholding my MONEY for no reason. Extremely frustrated and annoyed at this point. I guess I have another 7 days to wait for them to refund me. (according to their refund policy). Truly treated like a fool for waiting more than 7 days for a refund.

The place is quite spacious and clean. We left our furry baby for 8 nights and she was very well taken care of. The staff sent frequent updates on how she was doing through WhatsApp. They also sent some cute photos of her which I absolutely loved. The CCTV doesn’t cover the whole room and so we were not able to see the kitty when she stayed near the door but we were fine with it. Overall we are very satisfied and had a nice experience with them ???
