★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my 1.5 year old car for repairs at BVO for a minor dent at the back but on the day of collection I was informed that my battery had spoilt and a replacement was needed. I believe that some of their mechanics may be inexperienced and do not know the proper way of handling such repairs. In the end my car had to be jumpstarted before I could drive back to my original dealer to replace my battery.
While I do not think this was intentional, it was a really bad experience and I would not return to BVO again.

Parts were marked up by 35% versus the stockist. Meaning they charge $135 if the parts cost $100 retail by Eng Soon.
They charged me $25 for a 2 min engine bay wash which I did not request.
I was also charged $50 labour for a 5 min job that simply involved removing 4 Philips screws and 2 simple hose clips.
Needless to say, I will not be going back given the steep prices.
In hindsight, should have DIY and saved myself $300.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After failing to get my BMW fixed at two other workshops, I took my BMW to Bernard (the owner). He ran diagnostics and kept me updated along the way. He took the initiative to find me a 2nd hand CPU, since its cheaper and my car doesn't have lots of years left. He also took the initiative to fix my windshield washer pump when I mentioned that it may not be working. Total cost came out to be a fraction of what the other workshops quoted.
So all in all, good service, affordable workmanship. Very satisfied.

Bernard is a great person, runs through what their diagnosis, kept me updated all throughout the day and clearly mentioned all the prices beforehand and the service was done prompty. I found the prices for both the parts and service very reasonable and definitely walked out of there as a happy customer. Wonderful work team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service by Bernard and staff. Condition of my car after the service was even better. He took pictures of the defects and I was shocked that the previous aircon service company left some loose screws and nuts in my dashboard and used double sided tape to fix the components! All these have been fixed and rectified. Very impressed and highly recommended.
Very comprehensive service for my 10 year old Ferrari 458- from replacing the straps, rectifying the sticky buttons to replacing the wheel bearings etc. They are able to source the Ferrari parts easily and quickly. Highly recommended Ferrari service centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The handle grip of the front compartment fell off. The dealer would ask me to replace the entire compartment. Another highly rated workshop on google told me that they needed 1 day to repair as they have to remove the compartment out. Luckily, a friend introduced Bernard, the owner, and he fixed it in less than 1 hour with a very reasonable price. If you want someone honest and skilful, look no further.
