You don't really want to come to this place. Should you ever come, that's to said that something had happened to your car. You only come here to file an accident insurance report and do repairs.

Had a rear accident with my Kia at the beginning of March. Went ahead with them due to the warranty and claims. Surveyor mentioned 4 days to finish repair. After 1 week no news. I call them back, the advisor has expressed his difficulties that the parts has to ship from oversea and takes 2-3 weeks to be arrived. Why would a spare part takes so long to arrive despite my car is brand new with 6 months old. So absurd right! Why would the surveyor immediately find out on that same week? Obviously there is a huge lapse in their workshop. The Body and Paint workshop is very badly managed. I will only praise the advisor for doing his best to do his job to assist me. Once you have any car accident, don’t bother sending your car to here. Just send you the scrapyard and at least you get a solid confirmation. Or maybe don’t even buy your car from Cycle and Carriage. They have the poorest efficiency and bad management. Thumbs down! Edited : Updates on 22 March 2022. They called to inform that my boot were out of stock without estimated ETA. So I was waiting for nothing for 1 month with my car park over at Pandan. Edited: changes to 3 stars on 1 April 2022 All I would like to praise is their Sales Advisor Kevin Leong. He tried his best to inform me earlier whenever his management has any news. He did his best to help me and arrange any inconvenience I faced. Without him, I guess your management would be still in the mess! You guys should acknowledge his hard work!
