It was an impromptu request to try my luck to collect the vehicle on the day itself and he was able to help me get it which was a nice surprise. Went down to collect the vehicle and was served by Reggie who was super friendly and patient in explaining all my questions. Overall a really great experience renting from them! Would definitely use their service again in the future.

Prompt, friendly, trustworthy. delivery and pick up of my rental car was always on time. Everything was clear, easy and fuss free. Thank you very much. These are the things I like: clean and fragrant car, new model with low mileage, car is well-maintained and have given me no problem, and the service of their sales representatives. So far, I have dealt with Nicholas, Justice Yu, and Dylan. They are true professionals who have helped me well when I rented from Cycle and Carriage. Justice is always ready to help me with my requests and will always suggest the best alternatives that will suit my needs at that time. He had also gone the extra mile for me when I needed to swap cars due to an accident. I will definitely recommend leasing from C&C and Justice due to their excellent customer service.

Car was in good condition, the process of the rental and return was smooth and swift. Overall very good experience, will consider rental again from them in the future. I lias with justice online and he was very informative, able to answer my queries and had quickly booked and confirmed the vehicle for me. I met up with Nicholas on the day of collection and return of the vehicle, he's very detailed in informing me of the functions of the vehicle and also pointing out the scratches and dents that's currently on the vehicle (although there is not much). I'd say that to have employees like them is what makes you have more return customers.

It was hassle-free, and on the day of collection, the car has been washed and vacuumed and was in tip top condition. After verifying my identity and checking on the interior and exterior of the car, and a short briefing on how to operate the car, it was good to go. Everything was done in about 10mins. Would recommend to rent from them again!
