Everything about how amazingly well-conducted the class was covers a variety real life scenarios that we might encounter in our everyday lives such as being robbed at knifepoint, being grabbed from behind or multiple attacker, etc.... & how to counter & get out of those situations safely & within the boundaries of the laws.. Understanding the mindset of criminals & recognising all the little or obvious tell-tale signs & how to react are all part of the training! I feel so much safer when walking alone at night and when i'm alone at other country is something money simply can't buy.. You don't need to train for years to be able to protect yourself and Cadre Academy proves this.. A must-go for every Ladies and Working Adult, in my opinion! Very useful & realistic!
