★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sharing my experience: i had this for my kitchen countertop. 5 years down the road, there are patches which cant be cleaned even when they send down their technician. When i ask them what the warranty covers, they say manufacturer defects which appears to be defects that we see on day 1. When i ask for the type of manufacturers defects that can happen 5 years down the road, i am only told its subjective and no specific cases can be given. Anyway, long story short, stains cant be cleaned over prolonged usage, though they have claimed its much easier to clean, maintenance free, bla bla. My previous marble top experience was definitely way better. Use at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chanced upon the store at Suntec and went in to take a look to know more about the product. My Main purpose was to learn so I can introduce it to my clients. While talking to the male salesperson I felt interrogated and talked down to. Based on what I asked, it is obvious that I was trying to know more about the products as I dont really have much knowledge on Caeserstone. It is such a turn-off to enter a shop and receive such a treatment. He also started saying how IDs don’t recommend Caeserstone due to the cost and instead recommend some China table tops that is cheaper and low quality. I get that you are very proud of the thing that you are selling but I dont think its really appropriate to say such stuff to a customer. After this incident, I am very certain that I will not recommend using Caeserstone to my clients. Terrible experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store on the 25 May 2022, around 8pm wanting to know more about the product and cost for my renovation. The sales representative was rude and talk down on me from the beginning when I was asking about wanting to know more.
I quoted the sales person, "this material is not for hdb, u stay hdb u get Indian or china quartz"
And "people buy if your father is rich"
It was just an unpleasant experience going into the store even they might have a "superior" quality and design.
