Ordered one bowl of duck porridge and requested for extra plastic spoon but got scolded and insulted that $3.50 porridge still request for spoon and was turn away with rude remarks. What kind of service in running a business. That is the last time I will patronise this stall. Good Luck!

Ordered a plate of their larger portion of Duck “Yam” Rice ($4.30). Duck were well braised and tender. Quite a decent amount of meat for its price. Yam rice was simple but was elevated by their braised sauce. Do give it a try if you are in the area.

Duck rise tasted decent, but nothing to write home about. Owner was extremely rude and gave white rice instead of yam rice. When I expressed my surprise privately to my colleague, owner overheard and started going on a rant on how it's stated that you have to indicate your rice (fine, but extremely poor service considering how braised duck rice ALWAYS comes with yam rice as the default?!). He could have left it at that but continue ranting about how "white rice is cheaper" and "you ownself never see". Rude service, won't patronise again.

Amazing tender and succulent duck meat which is infused with chinese herbs. Easily the cheapest duck rice and porridge store in Singapore. The various side dishes are also a nice addition to the already sumptuous meal.

Ordered duck rice, with yam rice, add egg and tau pok. $4.50. Normal is at $3/$3.30, just duck meat and rice/yam rice. First time I ordered, thought it was like 'yu kee duck rice', where the standard set comes with yam rice, meat, egg, tofu, peanuts, salted vege. So was surprised when it was just meat and rice. But learned and am better at ordering now. Taste is good, portion is okay. Always liked dining in for duck rice cos you get the hot herbal soup, which helps to cut the 'thickness' of the food. Unlike other reviews, the staff have always been friendly enough to me in our own 'Singaporean' way, didn't have any issues with being served extra chilli. Good old fashioned hawker food. Will definitely patronize again.
