Minced meat noodle is not bad just lack of black vinegar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice bowl of noodles. The noodles were suitably firm. The sauce was well balanced and not too strong.
Btw they serve their noodles with bean sprouts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chance upon this stall on the back row of Seah Imm food centre selling fishball noodle. Even though i went during lunchtime, there wasn't any queue . I was able to order straight upon reaching the stall. Apart from the fishball noodle, they also sell minced meat noodle. Opted for the latter, and prices starts from SGD$3.50 onwards. This stall is operated by 2 elderly uncle.
Have to say that the portion for SGD$3.50 was very generous. The bowl of noodle came with ingredients like sliced fishcake, pork , minced meat and mushroom. A pity that after blanching the noodle, the excessive water wasn't drained. the sauce for the noodle became diluted. Would have been a nice bowl of noodle.
