Went there to shop for lightings for our new house renovation. JJ was very helpful and patient in providing recommendation and suggestions, we ended up buying all our lights from them. Follow up service was fantastic, great customer service offered by JJ. Even after months later (due to renovation delayed), JJ was still very responsive and assisted as much as he could with our queries. Will definitely recommend getting lights from JJ. Keep up the great service!

Purchased from them multiple times for my clients and been receiving the most professional and kind service compared to other light stores around. Owner will personally take pride in every client's work and make sure every piece works. On the rare case it doesnt, he also makes sure he goes out of the way to help you with it. As a designer, my clients who visits are also pleased with the fellow store assistant's keen sharing of information and proposals of fixtures. Definitely my go-to!

Thanks to Janice and Edward whom designed my house lighting to achieve the lighting effect that I wanted which looks aesthetically pleasing while saving on electricity bill. Highly recommended.

Came across their shop at Ubi area and was consulted by Janice, she is very professional, patient and practical in listening to our needs and explaining / suggested those lighting points at our house at different area, those unnecessary lighting points she would explain why is that so unlike those lighting shopping outside (u buy the lights home back, install and that's it). Although there were some hiccups along the way , Janice was very patient , responsible and prompt in replying our queries. Although their lights might be abit costly as compared to others , but I believe 一分钱一分货。Keep up the good work ! ?

Do noy bother to visit or call them unless you want to be treated as dirt. Called in to ask if certain lights have stock and price (they dont publish their prices - already major red flag), but got replied rudely Worst customer service so spend your money somewhere else.

Went to ubi to shop for lights for my new place and was assisted by Janice. Find the lighting price point competitive amongst the quotations submitted and Janice was helpful though there are some hiccups with scheduling along the way due to tight resource during Covid but the end results was worth it. But what was most impressive and left a deep impression was the professional service provided by the installer Jackie who came a few times just to get the lighting installed right and the plaster work done perfectly. Thanks much Jackie and Janice!

My wife and I randomly walked in to My Lighthouse as we were nearby looking at other home renovations stuff and at that point of time we were just starting to look at light fittings. J.J showed us around the shop, explained the selections and proposed some selections after listening to our requirements. We initially got a pendant light from him as we were still deciding on the other remaining light fittings. Couple of weeks later we firmed up our selections and didn't need the pendant light anymore. J.J was flexible in allowing us to swap this pendant light for other light fittings. J.J is a professional lighting consultant who knows his stuff. He spent time to look at our floor plan and designed all the light fittings for our entire home. His design proposal utilized lesser light fittings than what other lighting consultants have proposed and we are extremely delighted with the end result! Our experience with J.J did not just stop at selling us the light fittings. Post sale - J.J went above and beyond to recommend us an electrical contractor for the installation process. He did this after hearing out our concerns as we were quoted an extremely high installation cost by another electrical contractor. J.J is extremely responsible and he felt a need to be responsible for his recommendations, this is a highly commendable attitude. He spent time to be with us and his recommended electrical contractors on site to ensure that the installation process went smoothly. J.J also follow up regularly during and after the installation process to check in and see if there's any issues with the light fittings. Needless to say, we are of course extremely delighted with the light fittings and electrical installation process. Thank you J.J for making this part of our home renovation a memorable one!
