I love the new location on Bukit Timah. There’s a spacious public carpark at the back and walking distance from the MRT station.
It’s a huge store and a large collection of Arc’teryx. They used to carry LEAF, but they do have Veilance.
The pricing is actually comparable but you can’t really compare off-season online to physical retail.
I really enjoy the staff here. Always friendly and helpful.

Line up of Arc' Teryx and Marmot are superb.
Staffs are very helpful and gave me a proffesional advice.
Very convenient location near Little India MRT station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only saving grace for this place is probably the knowledgeable Sam and the well-stocked range of Arc'teryx gear which I am unable to find in-store elsewhere in SG.
Went to the shop after a long hiatus to pick up some gear for our upcoming trip and was treated rudely at checkout. The bespectacled guy at checkout totally skipped me and attended to whom I gathered as his friend/regular who queued behind me. When he finally realised he skipped me, there was no sorry in the first instance but he tried to offer me coffee. Seriously?! Would I come to this place if I'd wanted coffee? No reasons given as to why he skipped me. I am not short, neither did I grow up on a diet of glass... so...
Don't think I'll be back. Better off trying to get gear online in future than to put up with such nonsense.

They are kind enough to let me come down again for a refund and free shipping but I’m not shopping there ever again - I had to use the item and make do with whatever that was given. I visited the place twice for this item, hoping the second trip I would bring one home, as I was told they would ship them in from the local warehouse but this did not happen. I hope you guys can improve your service. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my climbing shoes here. This shop is huge, really has a good mix of everything outdoor activity related so it’s really a one stop shop. The prices probably quite close to RRP, but nonetheless they have most sizes available for the shoes
No fuss and got what I wanted fairly quickly
However I can imagine on busy days it might take a while for someone to fetch your shoe from the store room
