Their claim was that online directions were not followed, yet from our end they were with confirmations and arrival times to our location
Fake news and advertising. Sorry 5 star recommendations.... may be fake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not happy with these pizzas. To me, they just didn’t taste right and the dough tasted half cooked - even fresh from delivery.
The chicken legs were nice though… that’s about it
Definitely not on my radar for next time, even if they offer 2 for 1 pizzas. I ended up throwing one away anyway ☹️ sorry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the pizza we ordered came more than an hour late, and the pizzas had way too much pepper and did not taste nice. there was no answer on the delivery hotline, and we had to call multiple times only to find out that our pizzas would arrive an hour late. there was no apology from the delivery driver and they did not even reimburse us for sending the pizzas late. disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went and ask if my order was correct as the BBQ bonanza sauce looked different but , a Indian female employee was laughing at the back (spoke in her mother tongue) while her co worker was speaking to me . Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the worst online ordering experience ever. Website doesn't work; tried to submit order on mobile almost 10 times but couldn't because the Check Out button kept randomly disappearing. I even signed up for an account thinking it might help but it didn't.
Had to place order via desktop instead. Very frustrating experience. And after I submitted my order, I got an error message (forgot to take a screenshot), goodness knows if they really got my order. I didn't receive a confirmation email so I have to call the outlet now.
I would have ordered from another pizza place if they weren't the only one with bacon cheeseburger flavour. Whoever programmed their website needs to go back to school. I should have called their hotline but couldn't find the number.
UPDATE: I managed to find the hotline number when I searched for their outlet contact no. If you want to order, CALL THEM at 6241 0241, super helpful staff. They accept cash & debit/credit card. Don't bother with their website.
