Terrible Experience Order 4.50pm via online. 9.07pm NOTTING DELIVER Call the hotline for hours only manage to get thru twice CSO didn't resolve the delivery problem Disappointed wanted to cancel yet refund need to wait 14days. Your mistake, made me wait for hours & refund need days.

Customer service hotline is horrible. They drop your call and promise that I can immediately pick up from outlet. Yet I end up waiting for 30 minutes at the outlet.

horrible service. ordered manually via call, promised the pizza is going to come at 12 40pm but when I called at 12 50pm they said order wasn't through. absolutely terrible experience

On the eve of christmas 24/12/21, ordered the christmas bundle at 0715pm via their portal. The delivery time was 0931pm, i accepted and checkout the order with cash on delivery option. There was no sight of the delivery at 0930pm and i logged in to my account to check the status of my order and there was nothing reflected so i thought my order was cancelled. To my surprise it arrived at 1030pm. And the pizza was not cooked well to my disappointment. Called their hotline on the 25/12/21, the staff told me she will escalate to her higher management but till todate no updates. I called the hotline this morning and the customer service officer ms susan asked me alot of questions on my complaint. She even asked me whether i got request my pizzas to be well cooked in their request message box ... This is the most champion question for pizzas , i didnt know that i have to request for pizzas to be well done or else i will be served medium rare pizzas!! Anyways i didnt request my pizzas to be cooked also then why didnt your outlet deliver a raw pizza with just the dough and uncooked toppings ? Disappointing, terrible service with no responsibility.
