★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire development look so run down. The walls are moldy, patchy. Just no words to describe. . Take a walk on the outskirt and see for urself. Worst than their nearby and much older neighbours such as sapphire, emerald and eight courtyards. Just in a terrible state. Even nautical is in a better condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying there for about a year now but my house condition is very bad!!!!!! Soundproofing is bad, my bathroom handle came of because inside was hollow. My house also some termites in its walls because maybe the water has leaked in them but my walls also has holes!!!!! Very bad condition for a 6-year old condo.

Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats locals visitors and families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only bad thing is the developer 'MCC Land" , the building has so many cracks, the condo is only just 7 years old. The glass in my bathroom also fell off! The condo is now under repair and repainting.
*UPDATE: The renovation works are completed and the condo is really nice now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying here since TOP. It has a very big and and nice resort style swiming pool, two nice gym rooms with pool view and a big function room with pool view which I like most. A long issue with the developer finally settled 1-2 years ago and defects were rectified and finally the building was painted. It looks new again now. I actually very satisfied with the internal finishing as well.
