very nicely designed new EC. has many swimming pools and more than 2 barbeque areas to hold family gatherings or celebrations. the function room is very nice too, spacious, glass-walled style.

It is built away from main road and quite near to MRT. There is a bus stop outside the condo which is really convenient. Free shuttle service to Sembawang Shopping Centre stops at HDB Blk 326 opposite at scheduled time. Canberra Park is just a walking distance away. Kimly coffeeshop is at BLK 365 Sembawang Crescent and there are also other eateries and supermarkets nearby. The color of the condo looks a little drab. On a sunny day, the sun can shines on quite brightly. Some residents may like it and most corridors are protected with blinds. It is not that noisy at night since it's not located near a main road.

I only give 4 start cause came here in the night. The surrounding areas looked clean, especially the car park is bright enough like day light. All the signage is very clear to see from some distance... Most important is not stuffy... (i visited a condo at Blossomvale, they got the worst car park. The lightings is horrible and kind of scary...)
