Worst condo. They don't allow food delivery cyclist to park there is also no shelter pity the customer food.

New and nice condo. 4 rows of building with 3 different size swimming pools and jacuzzis. 400+ units but not really feel crowded with the space available there.

nice condo, looks like a cruise, resort style, spacious layout, next to shopping mall, 500m away from upcoming new MRT Canberra, 850m away from sembawang mrt. Within 1 km, there is two MRT stations, two shopping malls(in future there will be three), two primary schools and one junior school. Personally, Good place for living.

In my view this development project is just giving its residents too much exposure to public eyes. Especially of its straight bench design where the pool can be directly viewed by anyone along Sembawang Rd. There isn't enough shade in the development which made the place seems to be like a hot frying pan. Will be frying off electrical bills for the owners to keep those apartments cool. :/

Cruise Concept is good, but condo lack proper club house facility. The entrance to the condo does not provide a “welcome home” feel, probably due to lack of decorations and elaborated walk path to form a proper entry way into condo. May be is the white color paint, a lot of stain which make the condo looks run down.

I just shifted here last year and I love it! - Spacious and well-maintained compound compared to many developments in the same area. Water features, of course will have some leaves and debris, here and then, because the trees are not fake?, but they will be cleaned up regularly. ? Kids water play and juguzi spa areas are all working well. I have seen many kids water area and spa facilities spoilt and under maintainence in many other condos, even newer ones. ? - Most units are north south facing Hence no west sun but yet it's bright and so windy!! ❤️ - Bright and airy carpark - Just cross the road, we have the FAMOUS SEMBAWANG white beehoon, claypot rice and Eats Bistro Dimsum. We also hv a ice cream place there and cafes. - So near to Bukit Canberra! With hawker centre, Biggest active sg, polyclinic and more! So exciting! - 6 to 7 walking mins to Canberra MRT and LITERALLY besides a Sembawang shopping centre (Mac, BK, Coffee Bean, Giant). Soooooo convenient!!

Poorly maintained condo. No privacy for sure because the pool area are very close and open to the pavement OUTSIDE of condo. Almost Eye level. Building paint was dirty too. White paint becomes black and grey. No intercom to get in so you can freely roam around. Looks good on photos only.

Came over to visit our cousins, found the place to be pretty serene, clean and convenient. Its side gate directly links to Sembawang Shopping Centre with access to many shops, groceries and food choices.
