S	Sean Zhao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a ok job but beware of hidden fees. I was told hair cut and wash was 28 dollars but the hairdresser added in a premium shampoo and charged me more without telling me. Need to be careful with their shady pricing practises.
K	Kirrthana Krishnamoorthy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE! I spent $180 for them to do a horribly shoddy colour work on my hair. They didn’t even colour my whole hair and just touched the roots. When I asked them why they didn’t colour my whole hair, they said the colour was Japan technology and can match up to the existing colour. Utter rubbish! And the haircut.. she didn’t even bother cutting it properly and many strands of my hair were unevenly cut! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never stepping foot into this ridiculous hairsalon every again!

Requested one, and they guide me to a room but in the end change their mind to let me seat outside instead. Secondly, they lied about the price. I asked if there's a student discount after they told me the total price. They were shocked as they didnt know i was a student and proceed to say that the price given is already 'discounted'. After i said i was a student, they can still say the price is fixed. They say that they count by our hair length also, when my hair is super short.

Hairdresser cut my hair to such an extent that it created a hole in the middle and the sides were all uneven. When I questioned her, she even argued with me saying that it was my hair problem and my eyebrows were not aligned and thus my hair resulted in such a manner. She did not even apologised when she was the one who messed up my fringe and even argued in the end. Would never recommend to visit this salon as the way they handle customers were unprofessional.

They don't try to try to hard sell you their products the way the other salons do, and they're make sure that you get what you requested for. Will definitely be going to this salon from now on :)

Further to add, my daughters length of cut is little only. How can they charge this kind of Amy esp to a student ? There is no value and ethics running a business and charging so much from a student. ..
