Those of you who have given 5 stars reviews, I seriously doubt your credibility. If I can do a review with no star, this would be it. Definitely NEGATIVE. I brought my 1yr old plus son for a hair cut at 12plus pm 4days back. So this plump woman, named Iydia( or some weird spelling name) started cutting my son' s hair. Firstly, she just rudely asked 'how u want to cut?' Before this, we were waiting patiently for her to finished up her customer before us and she did not have such attitude with that male customer. After I replied, this woman Iydia went quiet, no reply nothing. Sensing something wrong, I even asked again if she has experience cutting kids hair before? Nothing. Prior, she did not even bother to help ensure my son is cover up nor check if he was okay before she start, she merely left us with a towel and let us deal wth it. She just said ' I start already ah- She went with a clipper very heavy handed on my son's head. That caused him discomfort hence he started becoming fussy. Throughout the ordeal, she was extremely distracted and IMPATIENT, kept leaving us with half cut hair and rushing to the back because she had accepted another muslimah customer and she was the only person working. Can definitely tell that she was trying to chop chop wrapped up my son's haircut with the way she was handling the haircut. But hello, at least if you can't be nice at least be professional to do a decent job?? I have to get her to come out, tell her numerous times abt the haircut, like why is there a hole or why this is inbalance etc? She did not reply and gave bad attitude. Enough was enough, I told her off immediately. Only then, she still have the cheek to argue with me over that poorly done haircut saying all sort of excuses. After the whole ordeal, she just left me and irritated crying son to deal with the mess of hair left on his head, face and body, no apologies whatsoever. Terrible. If you would like to clarify with me on this matter, I welcome it. Those of you who intends to pop in, good luck to you.

Loyang Point is a neighbourhood shopping centre but this salon charges upmarket prices. The hair salon charges $250 - $350 for dyeing hair for the whole head and $120 just for touching up the roots. The hair stylists don't seem to stay long and always try to sell me a package.

I went to this salon on 16 feb with hopes that my frizzy thin hair will turn out to be at least decent. I was looking for an affordable muslimah salon and found this salon on carousell(they have private room for muslimah). I texted them last week in regards to hair treatment and cut then got a reply about Cinderella hair treatment. I didnt go last week because i was still considering. Fast forward to this week, i tried to find other salons before i came to the decision to come to this salon instead. I was offered cinderella hair treatment for what i find is a reasonable price. I did my own research abt this treatment before i decided to do it. I rushed after work to head there to get my hair done. Lydia was friendly that i cant deny i had good impression of her. I came for hair treatment and haircut but the first thing she did was use an equipment to show my scalp which got me panic because i knew the amount of hair loss i had due to medical reason so she advised me to also do a scalp treatment too. I did mentioned on whatsapp that my hair is thin so maybe that could be the reason why she showed me my scalp on camera. I did feel she was trying to upsell scalp treatment to me but i still agreed because i was feeling really insecure and vulnerable looking at my scalp. She told me she gave me 50% so the price for the scalp treatment is $60. Cinderella hair treatment + cut is $140. So that would be $200. I asked how long was the whole process and she told me between 90mins to 2hrs. I came at 6.30pm. Lydia did inform me what she was gonna do to my hair and scalp however i felt that she wasnt transparent about the cinderella hair treatment. On whatsapp, i asked if it is organic, she did not assure me. She told me during the application that it ingredient called โ€œelang or yalangโ€ something like it. But from what i have read online, cinderella hair treatment is an anti frizz treatment that uses organic products and the treatment could last around 3 months. The whole process with lydia was quite short and brief. We left before 8pm. I know the treatment will not make my hair look straight and silky. But it should be less frizzy however my hair is the same as before. She applied scalp treatment and hair treatment at one go and left my hair for steaming for like 15 mins. I have done anti frizz treatment before 2 years ago and i remember the process was nothing like this. It was so fast and brief. Why it dragged till almost 1.5 hours because most of the time she left and attend to other customers. Worst of all, my haircut was really bad. I told her to cut the length behind to make it short and leave the sides long so i could still tie it. She cut it too short that even when she tried to tie my hair, she couldnt. My hair is uneven too! When i asked lydia about the hair treatment, i could see that she was loss for words she couldnt explain to me and she instead told me that she have explained regarding the ingredients of the product she used on my hair. Basically, this whole experience was a disaster. I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews online but for this i have no choice. I do not want anyone to go through what i did. When i left the salon i was holding back my tears and was filled with so much anxiety. I spent $240 just like that. $40 from the hair product she insisted on me to buy to maintain the health of my scalp. I felt like lydia took advantage of my vulnerability. I am very affected with this whole experience because i have never experienced such thing in my life! I know sometimes we have to upsell things its part of our job but to actually โ€œcheatโ€ someone like this? Isnt that cruel? Lydia told me to keep in touch with her which i dont intend to. I am not asking for a refund or anything of that such but i just want to say that i have learned my lesson. I would next time spend more for my hair at other salon in the future.

I always keep a look out for hair studios that could achieve the ash milk tea colour I have been wanting to do for the longest time! My head probably went through multiple rounds of bleaching, had my hair damaged terribly and many of which not properly done. It was well taken care of by Lydia ?? ่ฐข่ฐข่€ๆฟๅจ˜! Prior to this, my hair was actually dyed black with uneven patches. I did 2 rounds of bleaching + ash milk tea coloring + treatment. Nonetheless, Iโ€™m super happy with the color results! The ash milk tea colour lasted for 2 to 3 months and now Iโ€™m back for another colour!

Terrible and unprofessional service, worse salon experience. I understand that there was only 2 staff on shift that day and things can get quite busy for them but Lydia's attitude was so horrendous. She messed up my hair color twice, and not to mention my right ear was irritated and inflamed after I returned home due to the hair dye that got in contact with my skin. This clearly showed how inattentive and unprofessional she was. At the end of the hair coloring process, Lydia left the salon without saying a word. No apology or concern was given. Spent almost $200 to damage my hair. Will never return or recommend this salon to anyone.

1st try in july 2021 for trim, an elderly hairstylist was good and patient with her work. Persuaded me to top up for a package which i normally don't cos i dont go there often, but i supported and got a voucher from them. I went back on 2 days before cny 2022, just to finish my shopping and at the same time go before a cut.. The result was poor and attitude was bad. (don't even talk about the package i bought). The lady boss said will check and update till now no sound no picture.. (1st pic - taken july 2021 ; 2nd pic taken 28 Jan 2022 with poor finishing )
