★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My buying experience here was horrible. There replies were blunt, rude and impolite. Although I am the one paying but the seller's tone was SO rude, I was there to get their reprimands. Why is your tone So rude! Why I am the one getting scolded while I am the one supposed is your client.
I believe an educated person should have the basic manner to repect and polite to others, but surprisingly I CANNOT find any from their staff. They are so directive, authoritive and NO communication in a harmony manner AT ALL. VERY RARE people do their business like that, I never come accross this kind of frustration in my life before!!!
If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!

As a paying customer, the least I expect is for the buyer to establish clear communication lines, especially such times. My buying experience here was horrible.
when I received replies from them, they were rude,blunt and impolite. It was like I was the 3-year old getting scolded for eating candy!!!
I would never buy anything from this store again.

Don't treat and talk to your customers like slave! There are not only 1 pet supplies in Singapore! I will never forget how you treated us! You will face your karma!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been purchasing my cat supplies from them nearly a year. They are one of the cheapest store ard. Read the review of the owner not friendly, rude etc, i kinda disagree. They are more like mama shop friendly, there is more than meet the eyes on those neg comments.
