★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were 2 female staff tending the outlet who were awfully unprofessional and cold. (1) First they did not attend to us, I had to approach them for assistance. I initiated a "Good Afternoon", she looked up at me and went back to wiping the glasses without a word (2) After I chose a couple of glasses and placed them on the table to try on later, she would wipe them down and put them back on the shelves even before I wore them. This happened repeatedly until I told her I was still trying the pairs on. I get the covid measures, but this is borderline ridiculous. We were the only ones in the store and just like any other customer, would want to try multiple pairs at once for comparison.

After finding a pair I liked, we went to a different outlet to make a purchase. These staff should be retrained or refreshed
