My colleague interviewed at Caregiver Asia for Elderly Care, as a qualified nurse. They did not ask to see any of her papers or qualifications prior to allocating her for job. She felt uncomfortable with this lack of background check and decline the job.

I'm currently interning at this place, and one thing for sure i can say is that you'd have a lovely time and pace learning at your own comfortable speed. The people here are very genuine and nice, they teach me things whenever i do not know, and very often, the company organises lunch together and we usually sit together to eat to bond and understand one another better. When it is time to be serious about work, we usually do our best in assisting our Caregiver and Careseeker's needs. A genuine full rating for this company! Well done!

Engaged a nurse for the care of my elderly grandma. The nurse was fantastic, professional and very skillful. Managed to get the nurse in within 24 hours of notice and the agent who helped me with this was extremely helpful. She ensured that I was constantly updated on the search and briefed me through the booking process very clearly.

My family was having great difficulty with my elderly grandfather. It became too taxing as we all had to work and couldn't afford staying at home to care for him full time. We didn't want to put him in a home either. I then came across caregiver asia on Facebook in mid 2018 and contacted them to find out more. Since then, it has gotten less challenging. Our nurse is amazing. She has been great help to my family. I recommend caregiver asia for everyone, especially if you need support with an elderly parent! Thank you caregiver asia.

I had a great experience with Caregiver Asia. Elaine from customer care arranged my request even at weekend. She is very efficient and helpful. Both nurses - Sky and Cheryl are professional and caring to my father. Good job & Thanks Caregiver!

Reached out to Caregiver Asia for urgent part time caregiver service for my grandmother and Kumari assisted in successfully finding a suitable nurse to attend to my grandmother who can start the very next day. Service is very fast and Kumari is very patient ???? Although we did not engage the nurse service in the end, it is comforting to know there is always help available with Caregiver Asia.

*Update after Caregiver's response*: Caregiver Asia, please get your fact straight. I sent an email on Feb 1st to Eunice because I was surprised she didn't ask for a deposit, and asked again if we needed to put a deposit down, and she said there was no need. Only to pay in full one month before the service starts. As far as I knew, there were no indications that Aunty Christine wasn't confirmed. Accept the blame. I have to say this lack of ownership and accountability is shocking. It was your agency that didn't give me the correct information. Original review: This agency makes me question if there really is any use of having an agency/service for confinement nannies! I confirmed a nanny via Caregiver Asia for April, and reached out to them late last week to ask them to inform the nanny we may have to induce labor a little earlier - would she be ok with that, and also wanted to ask for a list of herbs she would need. The response: "Aunty Christine let me know that she is now engaged with other confirmed assignment n only available sept onwards. I regret to inform you our only confinement nanny currently has a case in march and I really couldn't reach out to Aunty Christine." You can imagine how desperate and helpless I felt after this, not to mention angry. Not only did I have to find out that this "Aunty Christine" was a big flake, the agency couldn't even find me a replacement! They should at the very least make the nannies sign some sort of agreement and take a deposit from the client. What a horrible service!!

Caregiver's support team has been a very Efficient & Friendly team. Ms.Valentina, Ms.Ramni & Ms.Waty. They post client's details & expectation on a daily basis. Once I considered taking a case. They effectively connect & expedite the job assignment flawlessly. Payment...Is Promptly. And officially followed up with Salary Voucher for our personal recording and filing need.( Thank you to the back office Staff handling this accounting duty, I recognized your flawless and professionalism too????). I can see my work relationship with CaregiverAsia to be a long term ones. Thank you all in Caregiver Asia. Keep up the Excellent Work you have put up??????
