Homage provides good service. The customer service reply promptly. The occupational therapist Hannah is a nice, cheerful person.She is able to make contact with my dad, who is a dementia patient and my dad is able to participate in the cognitive exercises with her. Thank you

I have had 3 requests completed so far with homage and it's definitely a pleasant experience from customer service all the way to the care giver that was assigned to me. I have the fortunate care giver who went extra mile to take down notes from the doc for my medical request to bring mom to specialist visit. Also the feedback system is awesome too where I can leave private feedback. Definitely will be using them for my future request!

You should believe the one star review for this company. The care advisor who took my call made promises that he could not keep. He assured us that he will be able to match a caregiver for us as my mum was an urgent case. However, after I signed up for the 10 hour package and paid 200 dollars, now they are saying 1) the caregiver assigned to us cancelled last minute and 2) they need to manage our expectations and we may not get a caregiver even after one week. I understand that there is shortage of caregivers in Singapore due to the high demand. So I don't blame the lack of caregivers. But I just want to give other potential customers a forewarning that you should not sign up for a prepaid package, because you may not get anyone assigned to you. The staff over the phone was very polite and apologetic but it doesn't help us. Unfortunately this company was suggested to me by my cousin who was a senior nurse. Perhaps the standard has dropped over time. Update: We have managed to get a care assistant from them after waiting for a week. The lady assigned was good. We have also been assigned a second assistant for another day when I am not free to care for my parent. However, what I mentioned before still stands: there is a waiting period so you are unlikely to get an assistant at short notice regardless of what was told to you over the phone. And there is a very short expiry date for the package deal, and an extra charge if each session is below 3 hours.

Homage is an excellent resource to turn as it met my needs during a period when I needed caregivers for my mum. The caregivers are professional and follow instructions well. They also offered advice for better care for my mum and were very friendly. There is a good system of accountability for each visit and they responded very quickly to my calls and queries. Definitely recommend this place if you have similar needs.

We are very grateful that Homage was so helpful and able to match our requirements with a fantastic care pro in such short notice. We were very fortunate to find a senior doctor last minute to see my aging mother. However, neither myself or my siblings were able to take leave. Then I found Homage, downloaded their App and sent a request, unsure what was going to happen. Thanks to their help over the phone we got medical escort and mum made it to the appointment on time. Everything was done within 24 hours. Almost incredible. Not forgetting to point out, the care pro Levina was simply fantastic. Great communication, attention to details. A big thank you to the team at Homage.

My husband was involved in a cycling accident. He had injury to his right ankle, foot and both his hands was to weak to even grasp the lightest object. He was very emotional as he was a very independent person and not being able to do things on his own made him sad. Alvin the physiotherapist was very encouraging, motivating and gave us good home care tips as caregivers. We are very happy with his service and appreciate his knowledge and vast experiences.
