It's been 1.5 years since I've used her services and I still have PTSD from my experience with a helper that wanted to clean my house once a week, drink herbal soup and use her phone from 1-4 pm daily. She also refused to go marketing citing that she's illiterate (although here for 6 years) and refuse to take our car for marketing trips (citing motion sickness). Threatened to run away to HOME. Under her care my dog of 13 years never fallen sick, fell sick twice.

She does not know the procedures and requirements for termination and exit of maid from Singapore. She caused me and family great distress because she messed up the termination date and exit requirements of the said maid. My family was also harassed and suffered great duress as a result from the maid loan shark harassment. This was prolonged by Margaret 's mistakes in handling the exit of the maid.
