โ โ โ โ โ Dont go there girls! I went to this clinic as i was feeling abit giddy. The male doctor used a stethoscope on me, but instead of doing normal procedures, he put his hand under my shirt and tried to shift my bra. I feel disgusted by the doctor. This will be the first and the last time i will be visiting this clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ Reading everyone's comments made me realised that I'm not the only one feeling uncomfortable with this doctor. Doctor was rude and when I was having diarrhoea, same thing, unbutton my pants which I felt wasn't necessary. He is the total opposite of a doctor that is caring and one that makes you feel safe. Don't go here girls, stay away.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent doctor. Very patient and took time to explain his diagnosis and the medicines he gave. Listened to concerns (rather than quickly dismissing them as most GPs nowadays) and provided his professional opinion. Heโs definitely not the type of GPs we normally get nowadays whose primary goal seem to be getting patients in and out as fast as possible. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a caring doctor.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Quek is a good physician. He is thorough in his work, listens, analyzes and gives proper diagnosis. Consultation is never rushed and his meds are up to date and effective. He is one of the best GPs (theyโre a rare breed) I know and I highly recommend him. His staff also are very polite and warm.

โ โ โ โ โ I was suffering from diarrhoea and visited the clinic. It was uncomfortable to be examined by the male doctor. He unbuttoned my pants which i felt was unnecessary and he lifted up my shirt and shifted my bra just to put the stethoscope on me. I understand that the high waist pants that i wore might be a hindrance to the examination but there should not be a need for him to lift my shirt and shift my bra to place a stethoscope on me. I have sought my friend's opinion and was told that even with a thick jacket on, doctors can still diagnose with no difficulties. I do not see a need for the doctor to lift up my shirt. The best thing was there was a female assistant in the room whom i feel is pretty much useless as she is not even paying attention to the examination. Girls just don't visit that clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ Been coming to this clinic for years to get treated for conditions from the common cold/headaches/diarrhoea to getting my yearly flu vaccine. Dr Quek is meticulous and knowledgeable in the assessment of my conditions and explains my questions patiently. A female staff is always in the room during physical examinations, and it is always done in a respectful and thorough manner. Trustworthy and reliable. Will recommend as a family doctor if you live in the Balestier / Thomson area :)

โ โ โ โ โ I went to this clinic a few years back and have not forgotten the bad experience. I was experiencing UTI and went alone for a check up. During the examination, this old male doctor did not even tell me beforehand and unbutton my jeans. He then proceeded to lower my underwear. I was shocked and asked him if it was necessary. He then stopped lowering my underwear any further and then looked at me to try and explain He had to check my womb etc. The female assistant standing there is just useless because she has no clue what's happening and just stands at a corner for the sake of it. Overall I felt very uncomfortable and disturbed with this doctor and his actions. Basically he does not have the respect or courtesy to ask his female patients if they are okay before proceeding. Same advise, ladies DON'T visit this clinic. ESP NOT ALONE.
