★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our first car purchase and CarQuotes staff (Jay and Kelvin) were very helpful since day one. They constantly updated on the car we were interested in and what is being done on the car.
Once the car was available for viewing, we were made known of the smallest of problems the car had and how they will proceed to settle for us. Kelvin was also very transparent with the costs involved and explained to us in detail any queries we might have.
On the day of collection, everything was smooth till handover and Jay even managed to settle a minor problem we found on the car, also assuring us on the after sales service should we find any wrong with the car. Two weeks on, and we are still very satisfied with the condition of the car.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and we will not hesitate to deal with them again in the future. Thank you again to Jay and Kelvin for making us feel at ease throughout the purchasing journey.

Their straight foward approach and friendly service are what makes the whole transaction in purchasing with them a fast and smooth one.
