β β β β β I bought an item (wyfy) from them last November. Tried to install it a few times and but couldn't, almost forgot about it. The item was of low value, but 7 months later they still offered to come to my house to fix it.
Lo and behold when he arrived I was able to use the product, much to my embarrassment. 100pct recommend for their amazing service. Thank you Edwin!!
