Mr Tan replied promptly, and gave a clear explanation of the possible scenarios (Though I do not understand 90% of the lingo), being very patient with my many questions. Their quotation was also very reasonable, considering my very tight budget. They rushed through the weekend and I managed to get 90% of my files back. Will definitely recommend their services to those who need it.
