Classy PI, top notch service. Received the car within a month for 4 bids. Flawless from start to end, super responsive communication, salesperson used Richard Ho. We really enjoyed the entire car buying process. We found Richard to be not pushy at all and extremely patient and knowledgeable as we compared the various car models. Richard was also able to fight for the best price for us, saving us money conpared to other PI prices. (We checked 5 others). He was unlike most car salesman who are always in a rush to get to the next client.

I have to say it's my luck to meet Mr Neo and buy my Camry from Vincar. This is my first time to deal with PI. The biggest concern is the reliablility of PIs. I only select those big PI and lucky to meet Vincar sales Mr Neo. He is unlike other sales person(keep pushing) but answer my all questions with straight forward illustrations. Eventally，he proves not only whatever he said during pre-sale but also provide warmest after sale service. I have to thank Mr Neo helping me manage to close the deal before COE shootup and save more than 10k just because his reliable service and softskill. After the COE shootup, I also afraid Vincar will not deliver my car on time while it never happen to me. I do appreaciate Mr Neo as good sales, linked me and Vincar to close this deal. I believe its also the Vincar's honour to have good sales like Mr Neo to provide incredible service. If my friends or me to plan a car for further, definitely will go for Vincar and Mr Neo again.Thank you!

Just collected my BMW today and was thoroughly impressed with Steven Seah who spent an hour and a half explaining and demonstrating all the electronic functions. (maybe I looked half witted to him, not so sure) Prior to that,, he kept me updated on its status, sending me photos of camera and solar film installation in process. He is very thorough in his handover and the explanation on the trade-in and numbers involved. I am very surprised he did not pushed me to buy anything and even left me to make my own choice of insurance, very patiently explaining what I needed to know. I just collect my Honda Freed from Vicar today. I would like to compliment Alex Teo and Wayne Lim for their excellent and professional service. The whole process was smooth and pleasant.
