โ โ โ โ โ Casa merah is probably the best condo within tanah merah vicinity. It's not the newest built, but somehow have elegant faรงade that looks better than Optima or The Glades. Location wise is also the best, it's not directly facing MRT and very near to Simpang Bedok via its side gate.

โ โ โ โ โ It is a residential condominium with 10 / 12 high-rise apartment blocks. Facilities include a large swimming pool, gym, tennis court, open air barbeque grill. Well spread out water bodies and flora make the complex look like a resort.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice enough condo. Shame the entry for the place is via the car park underground. Great location being 5 minutes walk away from a MRT station and a largish mall with a supermarket and a bunch of small shops. Rooms are large, bright and quiet. Security seem good and the pool is nice. Not much in the way of nature however. Only stayed here for one night while visiting a friend. But glad I did stay here.

โ โ โ โ โ Very noisy apartments, no sound proofind can hear neighbors and outside noise even after closing the windows. Poor Changing rooms and tennis courts in bad shape. Swimming pool crowded in eve hours due to kids classes.

โ โ โ โ โ Lovely and serene private condominium with a lovely big swimming pool and a relatively big gym. The landscaping is beautiful and trees are mature. It's like a holiday resort for those who reside here.
