Casa Roma - 200 Turf Club Rd

The food is just normal and nothing fantastic. In fact, I find the food too pricy. For example, plain aglio oilo pasta cost $17. As this was the first time we tried this restaurant, we ask the waiter if the pizza is big in size and he said it is good for 1 person. But it turned out to be big in size though it is thin crust. And I think pepperoni pizza taste much better and more worth the money.

Last minute wanted to eat pasta and Casa happened to have 20% discount from eatigo and google review gave it a 4.1 stars. Not sure why it’s even 4 stars. But Gnocchi is too soft, as if it’s over cooked. The sauce for linguine is too diluted. Pizza is so so but at least it’s thin crust. Will not come back again, even with discount. A disappointment:(

I write this review as I waited for food to be served. Over an hour has passed. The wait staff of two were completely overwhelmed. Orders from two tables that were seated after us were served first and the service was non-existent. Had to approach the counter to get my orders put through and after 20 mins, the drinks, table bread, olive oil, were still not brought out. Other tables fared no better. Perhaps it would be better to limit the number of seats based on the number of wait staff available rather than accept all customers and give everyone bad service. The food, when it finally arrived, was ok. The snapper looked and tasted fine but the chicken pasta was not very impressive. There was very little chicken. It had less than 10 small tiny bite size pieces of chicken. Service recovery was a 10% discount but I would not be returning nor would I be recommending this place unless they sort out their customer service. Very disappointed but I do hope they get better.

Casa Roma is one of those places where you feel completely at home and you are welcome every time. It is one of those places you go knowing that the food is always good and reasonably priced. The pizzas are one of the best. It is my family's local trattoria and the only thing missing is the Italian mama chef who would give you a big hug and kiss on the cheeks every time you come. I am sure Chef would accommodate if requested. Yes, it is that kind of place. Warm and friendly.

The food was surprisingly good. Service was good too. Unassuming authentic Italian good. Some miscommunication due to the mask while ordering but the server was so kind and offered free ice-cream to us. Highly recommend the pasta and pizza

It may not be Michelin starred but the service here is excellent. The owner was the only server when we visited at lunch time but his service was spectacular and we were very touched by his conscientiousness and friendliness. He had genuine care for our needs as a small family with young kids and made effort to ensure we were comfortable. Both pastas and pizzas were great and very reasonably priced too!

Hidden inside the grandstand, a Italian restaurant that is worth the money and effort... Small place offering good Italian dishes and good service. Outside seating available.

The tiramisu is very delightful and delicious and the owner is so sweet to treat us on this wonderful dessert. Also please do order the linguine is so unique and flavourful. Please support the owner and try these unique delicious food
