I do not normally post reviews, but the food at The Social Outcast truly deserves a shout out! As usual, I was too busy devouring the food to take photos, so I will just post the photos already on their FB (hope you don't mind). These owners are not just chefs, they are artists! Nothing is straightforward at The Social Outcast, there is a twist to everything from their Beef Rib to their mash! The rib, I cannot get enough of the rib... the meat literally falls off the bone! And the meat closest to the bone was so sweet, it was caramel! The owner also mentioned that they change up their menu every 3-4 months, so there is always something new to try there.... and if that isn't enough reason to try, they are REALLY reasonably priced! hmmm maybe I should look into season parking at Turf City!

Travelled all the way from the east. It didn’t disappoint! We ordered the summer salad and mum enjoyed the artichoke. We ordered the Nelson Mandela Pizza and whoa I love how the flavours worked well. Seriously could’ve gone for another pizza if only we had more people dining with us. Brought home the Malcom X pizza for dad and he also enjoyed it. Overall, I’ll be back to try the other dishes such as the smoked meats, brunch dishes and carbonara.

This place has been a spot that i am very confident in bringing my friends and family to enjoy good food. I love how this chef will think outside the box, willing to go thru beyond just to get the halal ingredients which hardly can get locally halal, e.g. foie gras/unagi/Duck and so on. I truly appreciate the effort and consistency that the chef(owner) puts in ever single time. Have been following them since they were at a simple hawker stall in Tampines and food still stays as good as it first launch.

*The BEST Grilled Salad in Singapore ever!!!* Best combination of Broccolini, Asparagus & Green Pepper, together with Burrata, I had 2 plates myself! Even you are not vegetarian, u will love it! Excellent pizza and grill meats for meat lover! Grilled Chicken wings blow your mind away! The tempura fries, cant find in anywhere! Will come again and again! Wish they can add on grill corn as standalone appetizer in the future! Plus excellent service. Make sure reserve table before you go! <3

A halal establishment at The Grandstand SG. A smokehouse that serves up meats that fall off the bone. Creative and sassy names for the food, keep you wanting to try out more dishes. We had: - Roasted Canoe Beef marrow bone I loved the concept of it, was wanting more butteriness perhaps, but still an overall delish dish. - Seafood platter (Ssshhh..secret menu) This was the only one I didn’t fancy. I found it dry. Snow crabs and lobster claws. - Smoked + Jerk Wings I loved this, the team at let us the both types of wings and we loved them both. Went so well with the hot sauce, try it. - Salvador Dali pizza with Burrata Tip to eat this, smear the burrata over your slice, and take a bite, you won’t regret it. Loved this pizza. - TSO Concoctions Mango smoothie, went so well and oh so smooth - Lick It Like Ice Cream Not what you think, but this was a durian cake served with a vanilla ice cream. I wanted this all to myself, but I came here with friends, so had no choice but to share. I had tried their lamb ribs on a previous occasion and felt sad I didn’t order it this time. That was one of my fave dish in my two visits ?. The service here was impeccable. The staff are very attentive and take your opinions (we all have one people ?) in when suggesting what dishes you can try. Very accommodating and are keen in hearing your thoughts about their food so that they can improve (if need to only). So be honest with them, as they are looking to make your experience just that much better. Loved my time there, and will head there again. Note: Their menu changes every few months, so they are always keeping it fresh and exciting.

The beef ribs were really tender and moist on the inside, it was smokey, slightly sweet and overall delicious. The royal mushroom beef burger had a nice Smokey and juicy patty which was well seasoned and paired well with the sauce. Smoked deviled eggs were simple and nice. However, I felt that it was missing something. Devil smoked wings was not bad, nice spice to it, but the sauce could be a little more tangy. Have to try the beef ribs if you come here.
