After spending 2 hours here, we went to another karaoke, so I can make a comparison instantly.
The Bad:
Smaller room than the other karaoke gave us. Same number of people 8.
Centralized air conditioning so this is an old building, the air cond is almost non existence, so their solution is to use a fan
Song choice for other language (Hindi) is pretty limited and old.
The Good:
Cheap.
Cheap motel feeling hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really well equipped and sound proof rooms with phone charging, wi fi and disco lighting. The room will comfortably handle 8 plus people. Drinks are expensive but if you need a lot of drinks to sing you are better off at home? . Bathroom inside and excellent friendly and helpful staff. Tip: press analog sound button to turn on vocals in the videos. It takes 5 seconds to register the change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has reasonable song collection and uses in-house app for song selection and volume/mic control. Just note when using multiple handphones, the app may lag or be non-responsive.
Been here a few times already and noticed several rooms are not in optimum condition. At 1 time I was given a room with faulty air-con, so we have to use additional fan, another time the volume control is haywire so half of the time we're battling with the manual dial, the last one was problem with lightings. Oh mans!
But if you're not fussy and just wanna have great fun, then you can check this place out. Who knows you may be the lucky one who gets the "perfect" room! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friend brought me for a birthday surprise and had some drinks, my alcohol tolerant was very bad and i had to sit outside sofa bcos couldnt walk, lovely lady staff offered me a hot water and plastic bag in case i throw up, im gonna say they have best customer service experience here, thumbs up! Will come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst KTV experience I’ve ever had.
It was my birthday, we booked for 2 hrs. The waiter came to the room and kept trying to persuade us to buy the $688 package with drink. Even though we insisted we don’t need it. It takes like a half hour so it turns out to be we only have 1.5 hour left...
it is super over priced (I went the one at bedok and it’s the way much bigger than this room). The Audio equipment was broke many times and they don’t have sufficient microphone for us... the worst KTV experience in my life on my birthday.
