Truly bad customer experience after a problem came up. Unlike agreed, our order was delivered unscheduled , so that only our surprised helper was around to receive the lamps. The delivery person did not unpack completely both delicate marble lamps for checking and just took a “proof photo” from the open-folded carton box where you could barely guess what lamp it is. Our helper who didn’t know what and how to check signed off on the delivery note - nothing to blame her. After I returned home and checked all the lamps I found one marble lamp having a broken edge – and this is where the misery started. The lamps were still packed in the carton boxes from the factory (not in SG of course), which was definitely insufficient, as the light bulb heads were broken too. The Lamp shop referred to the signed DO (by our helper), which means products were checked and received in good order and claimed we broke the lamp. After many days of tiring discussions, the owner offered to replace the broken one with a display lamp from the showroom. Not ideal but we just wanted to get things settled. But getting hold of this display lamp took another week. The sales person went overseas and wasn’t contactable, the appointed replacement personnel didn’t bother to answer any calls and the delivery man (who seems outsourced service) came again without scheduling for delivery.

Ordered a hanging chandelier and the beginning experience was good. However there was a bulb short and despite trying to get a replacement from Kelly, it always comes back as let me check but nothing happened. My electrician when installing called them and in the end had a heated conversation. The attitude of their Chinese electrician is really very bad. You are better off taking the chance to order direct from Taobao.
