tickets were booked online for a movie but when i reached there they still needed a physical copy. i booked an NC16 movie but they requested to check for our ICs.when we said that we do not have it, staff denied us access and told us to change our movie. But when we saw other patrons entering the staff didnt check their ICs. why such double standards? when we changed our movie to a PG13 movie the trainee staff asked for our ICs again. When we questioned them why they need our ICs the trainee apologised but their permanent staff told him not to apologise. Very rude behaviour and horrible customer service. Popcorn and drinks tasted as if they were left for 10 days because of how stale they were. By far our worst experience at a cinema, I would never come back here again. In fact a one star rating is generous in my opinion, i would give no stars if I could. Happened at 17/7/2022 at 1445-1500 hours

Probably the worst booking system ever. We pay a booking fee for the convenience, but still have to go through the inconvenience of queuing… And queuing. If you have bought movie tickets and food. You either go to the manned queue, that is very long and slow… Or you would have to go to the self-ticketing queue to collect your ticket, then go to the food collection queue and queue all over again. There was no proper system, just throngs of people queuing. Totally unnecessary and waste of everyone’s time. On top of that, they are left with counter staff who are highly stressed by this situation, and not friendly at all. This is why you are losing out to your competitors.

went to the theatre twice on 2 separate weekend. nachos out of stock. kinda suck. plus book ticket = get ticket from counter/self ticketing kiosk. suggest to go Golden Village instead.

Comfortable seating. Pleasant experience. The staff is helpful in assisting us to print out the tickets using the QR Code Scanner attached to the system monitor.

We liked the - comfy seats We did not like the - cold theatre: jackets required - $1.50 booking fee, collect email address and send QR code but I still have to Q to get physical tickets??? - understaffed? There were at least 20 pax in line but only two people doing ticketing and snacks. - tickets are also on the pricey side with limited promotions. You get much better deals buying tickets at the box office, might as well since you have to queue either way You have to get here at least 30-45 mins before your show so that you can collect your tickets and buy snacks.

Pleasant movie experience. Place is clean and seats are comfortable. Movie show + popcorn! Yeah! Remember to bring a jacket/cardigan, the aircon is quite cold!

We need to get a printed out ticket after purchasing tickets online. While the queue is very long for some hit movies, its the same queue as those self-service ticketing booth. The touch screen and scanner of the system were faulty causing a significant amount of time lose even for those who are early. Hope the management rectify this issue and make it more convenient in future.

1. Booking online means you MUST still go to self-ticketing kiosk to print out the tickets. Why? Suggestion: Using the QR code from online booking, patrons should be able to use that to go into the theatres. Save cost of printing papers. Reduce queues. 2. DONT book seats at A row. Why? The lights are very bright. Suggestion: Can dim the lights after 1/2 hour. Sitting there was so uncomfortable. So to all other patrons, do take note?
