Best Movie theater in Singapore

L	Lee Chrispher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only cinema in cck and bukit panjang area. As the size is small, it seems cosy as compare to the bigger theater. However during its peak, it may be very difficult to get a comfortable slot to watch the movie you wanted. ?
V	Victor Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has been patronizing Shaw Lot One for many years. Recently completed renovations after a long hiatus. New theaters looking sleek and very comfortable. However please open up more counters. I am not sure if I'm asking for too much. But a express counter for online food purchases would be great. Kinda defeats the purpose for purchasing online beforehand when I have to queue to collect my food anyways.

Tell people to go to another queue for food , after serving 2 , the staff totally ingored us and went to the serve food , we have to requeue at the lane for tickets to get food... It's really annoying

H	Ht L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING FROM THE WEBSITE. I JUST BOOKED TICKETS VIA THEIR ONLINE SITE AND NO BOOKING CONFIRMATION WAS SENT. WENT TO THE COUNTER AND THE STAFF CLAIMED THERE WAS SIMILAR ISSUE FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS (YET NO NOTIFICATION WAS MADE ON THE WEBPAGE). PAYMENT WAS INDICATED IN OUR CREDIT CARD AND THE STAFF SIMPLY SAID “THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT”. WHEN I ASKED IF THERE’S ANY HOTLINE NUMBER THEY SAID THEY DONT KNOW AND ONLY KNOW THERES A FEEDBACK FORM SOMEWHERE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS SHAW. NOT EVEN EXPECTING FIRST CLASS SERVICE BUT AT LEAST FULFILL YOUR ONLINE ORDERS?????? AND TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON PROTOCOLS WHEN THERE IS CLEARLY A SYSTEM ISSUE???! Ridiculous how everyone at the counter simply brush us off??? the visit was made on 10 Jul 7.30pm.
S	See Jaycee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing related to cinema Went on 27th June to buy Jurassic ticket and was served by Aidil. Would like to compliment him for giving off a warm smile and high quality service in terms of the way he speak and body language. Not what you usually see in cinema staff. A short 2 minutes of buying tickets made my day!

The halls were on the second floor, best part is that you can't hear the noise from the arcade anymore! The concession area is smaller but the arcade took up most of the lower floor where the ticket counters used to be.
