I love this placement very cosy and warm feeling.

Cool small apartment complex with a gym and pool on the roof.

Location is good but units mostly face a wall with minimum air funnel

Entrance is through back alley. First two floors windows opens up towards a wall.

Nice small condominium near to Little India. the place is quite and not too crowded. You have good Indian restaurant at walking distance.

Simple apartment in very good location. Alot of ameties to explorer. Nearest mall is city square mall, walking distance around 20mins. Common area well maintained. As this is apartment, there is no garden or playground. Most of units are studio size. Standard facilities like swimming pool and gym are available.

Very convenient to 3 major MRT lines. Bendemeer stn on downtown line only 5 mins walk. Lavendar stn on East West line only 8 mins away and Farrer Park stn 10 mins walk. Walk to Bugis or Little India in under 15 mins.
