★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in Singapore. Security guards have the right to shout at you, your guests and they are extremely unfriendly. Sometimes I feel why do I even invite my friends for them to go through this experience is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management - extremely rude and unprofessional. Unnecessary rules and paperwork required, making it a burden to live at this place! Apart from a couple of security guards, rest are rude! Think twice before renting or purchasing in this condo!

I have been living in City square residences for a few months. I have experienced rude and very unhelpful behaviour of security guards multiple times.
I wrote to the management but they don’t bother to reply. When it comes to following the condo rules, they are very strict and will keep sending you notices. But when it comes to address residents problems due to their rude staff, they won’t bother much.
This is very unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first ever 1 star rating. I have never ever in my life got rejected at a condo because they don’t allow visitors to park before 6am. Doesn’t help with unreasonable restrictions in the rudest attitude from the guard. It’s unfortunate as the condo is situation in a prime spot with such bad management. To the management, you can do better than this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maximum security because nearby Mustafa. Lots of bosses living here can see all bimmer mercedes in carpark. MCST is rich which maintain estate properly. Holding blue resident card are ok but green ones may often be checked by security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great condo, I've stayed here for 6 months now. Problems are that the security is unnecessarily complex and not very friendly, and the neighbors I have are pretty bad. They leave the garbage chute open letting cockroaches out and shout a lot outside my door.
