โ โ โ โ โ The steak with inhouse seasoning was flavorful and the red wine sauce was nice. For a 280gm ribeye, it cost $26 +$15 for cooking fee. We also tried the tuna tartare, which disappointed. The dish lacked flavour and came with 3 slices of miserly mini baguette. The caesar salad also did not live up to expectation, maybe bec we were expecting it to come with a sous vide egg. Cavemen version of caesar salad came with hard boiled egg and cherry tomatoes. The sides we ordered, mushrooms and irish mash, was fortunately better. Restaurant charges for water at $1 a bottle, it's tap water by the way.
I would only recommend you order the steak and the sides.

โ โ โ โ โ Really interesting place serving drinks and pub food. The menu while not too extensive offers some interesting items. The Burrata with hummus is really innovative and comparable to more upmarket Italian joints. The fish and chips was nicely done, unlikely places that serve fish that is too thick with batter. The mid wings were a little too dark but taste good. Staff service is friendly and attentive.

โ โ โ โ โ Everytime we visited our favorite specialty betta shop, Betta Bros, we would see this restaurant being quite packed. Read the numerous good reviews, decided to give this place a try. We get to select our cuts from the adjoining store at really good competitive rates, an Australian grass fed marbled ribeye around $9.80 per 100g. The staff paid extra care to remind us of our order of starters to ensure we didn't over-order. Also asked if we wanted to fire the steak after starters. The starters, grilled squid and fried prawns were good. The sommelier, John gave impeccable advice on choosing a fantastic wine to accompany our dinner. It had distinct black prunes, sweet raisins aroma. He even explained the grape drying process during winemaking. He mentioned his full time was as part of Singapore Airlines' cabin crew. We guessed correctly it was first class, as was the service he rendered. The steak came as ordered, medium rare. Well seasoned with salt and pepper with a side of veal jus and shoestring fries. An excellent evening of wine and dine. We will be back! (An interesting note is there's a long table inside the restaurant wth 2 tall glass vases, containing bettas from Betta Bros, also rated 5 stars as our favourite betta shop to visit. Expect excellent service there as well)

โ โ โ โ โ Really good and cosy steak place where you get to choose your cut and type of meat from the butchery next door and they will cook it for you for some cooking fee. There are also sides to add to your steak albeit the portion can be bigger. Finger food like truffle fries and baby squid are good. Oh and thereโs happy hour 3-7pm for beers and cocktails. The ambience is really great for dates or even catch up with your friends. Location wise is not the most accessible but thereโs a bus stop directly outside the restaurant.

โ โ โ โ โ Just less than 5 mins from where Iโm staying so decided to give it a try. Portion was just nice for mine. Ordered bangers and mash but changed the mash to fries. Egg Benedict was perfect as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice looking cozy bar, dining.
Together with butchery, you choose meat and wines and bring to restaurant side, then they cook and serve.
Wine choices are nice and professional staffs introduce it. Meat choices are also interesting. We chose one of most popular one, butter aged Australia Wagyu beef.
Service staffs are smart and kind, friendly bartenders.
Good matching with stylish interior.
I will come back !
Just one thing, it is complicated to understand the system for first time visitor and itโs little troublesome to go butchery side after we sit table.

โ โ โ โ โ Wonderful service and dining experience! We picked our meat and drinks next door and they prepare for a small fee. Over and above the in-house dinner and bar menu. Steak was excellent, juicy and succulent. Seasoning was just right. Had a couple of cocktails - lovely. Highly recommend the iberico pork!

โ โ โ โ โ Very scrumptious preparation of quality imported meats, especially beef, mutton and pork, done to preferences. Cosy ambience and deco heightens the dining experience. Wide array of choice wines next door to complement the meals. Friendly staff to recommend dishes and liquor. Ample parking upstairs.
