โ โ โ โ โ Beautiful historical bridge crossing the canal between the Asian Civilization Museum and the Fullerton Hotel. You can find great opportunities for nice photos on the bridge and both sides the canal and its surroundings.

โ โ โ โ โ Cavenagh Bridge is the only suspension bridge and one of the oldest bridges in Singapore, spanning the lower reaches of the Singapore River in the Downtown Core. Opened in 1869 to commemorate Singapore's new Crown colony of the Straits Settlements status in 1867, it is the oldest bridge in Singapore that exists in its original form.

โ โ โ โ โ Very airy and clean. The Singapore river is visible and also the pre-war shop houses blending in with the modern skyscrapers in Singapore CBD area.
Near by are very beautiful and historic buildings like the Victoria concert hall. Asian civilisation museum. And Singapore's balls of steel. (I dunno wat is called. Lol.)
Very nice Instagramable location.
Take lots of pictures and videos.
Of yeah, you get a nice view of the Fullerton Hotel and bronze statue around the areas.
Don't forget to get yourselves and family vintage style Ice cream from the mobile ice cream bike seller at this location.

From Jurong Lake Gardens, Pandan Reservoir, then Boat Quay and arrived at Cavenagh Bridge to mark my 32nd half marathon in 2021.

โ โ โ โ โ Vintage bridge but look very strong though. Was there admired the bridge, Fullerton Hotel as well as Asian Civilization Museum which is across the bridge only. While bridge almost construct with steel and you can imagine how difficult they built it in the past. Certainly worth to go and take some nice photographs.
