Prior to implementing the fix, they would perform a thorough review and assessment of your drive, explaining the problem, estimated time needed to repair etc. They do not charge for the review and assessment. They will provide a quote but only when you accept, would they then proceed to implement the fix. It allowed me to make an informed decision on whether or not to proceed which I greatly appreciate. Pricey but they are able to recover 95% of my data so I have no complaints. Would like to give a shout out to Melissa who was helpful and willing to answer my various questions. That said, hopefully I don't have to come back here anymore lol but would highly recommend their services. Thank you!

The skills of the engineers are remarkable. Folders which cannot be recovered earlier can manage to be done later. The engineers tried another technique and this worked.
