Not professional and rude.

We signed a contract with Cedron to do reno for our 4 room resale HDB unit. Project started 1st week Aug 2021 and completed by mid Oct 2021. Our works included full revamp of kitchen and 2 toilets. Hacking, electricals, plumbing, plastering, carpentry, painting and polishing of floors. Overall we are very happy with Desmond who was our appointed ID. The reno was completed mostly on time. There were some set backs but mostly due to worker shortage and some defects here and there. The thing I want to highlight is that at no point of time Desmond ignored the defects that we pointed out to him. He made sure that the respective contractor would come in multiple times if needed to fix the defects. I would like to thank Desmond for his time and effort in doing up our project. Overall project cost was reasonable and Desmond worked around our budget. If there is something that could be improved would be the QC done by the ID himself rather than the owner pointing out the defects as some of the defects where very obvious and ID should be able to pick it up immediately and rectify it even before the owner points it out. But again no defects pointed out by us were ignored and thats a real ++ Positives: 1. On time. 2. Budget friendly 3. Maintains accountability for defects Negatives: 1. Need to keep an eye on workmanship and point out defects. Would we choose him again? - Yes

I would like to thank Zen for renovating my house. The end result was really fantastic and I greatly appreciate his team and his efforts to produce such a masterpiece especially during the covid period where people like him who has a lot of determination are had to come by. :) ~May

We just took over our newly renovated BTO by Cedron - desmond .The results were as per our likings and it matches our desired concept. Desmond was very patient and was willing to sit down and discuss with us, help us to do a lot of extra work as a id no need to do so. Together with a delicated team of handyman, our home is finally ready. Definitely recommending it to people out there who needs to renovate their homes. Thumbs up for you, Desmond!

I am so glad to engage Desmond from Cedron Interior, very professional ID with all the budget requirements that I needed for my new home.He was very patient with all my request for my new home design whereby I have a budget for my new home and he was also a designer who would advise me on what do and don't for my long term investment on my new home.He was also an ID whenever I have any doubt on the design as well as the cost,he took the initiative to explain to me on the cost breakdown one by one and he will also help me to reach my desire design base on the budget which I am very impressed.I have tried to compare ID + renovation Cost which Desmond and his team way exceed my expectations.He was an ID who shown passion and commitment with his design and responsibility towards us consumer, consumer also doesn't need to worry whenever email or whatapps on enquiry,desmond will always reply ASAP, I was so glad,happy and lucky that I choosen cedron interior as well as Desmond to renovate my new home. Kudos and job well done for Desmond! He is a very responsible, responsive and patient interior designer when helping us to plan and choose the right colors for our house flooring tiles, lamination design for kitchen table and room wardrobes. Impressive 3D designs also help us to visualize better the theme and concept in our house. Furthermore, he also ensure that renovation works are done in a timely manner from hacking works to tiling to carpentry works to finishing works. We are thankful for this wonderful effort put in by him and the team as we are able to move in earlier than expected. What impressed my wife and I more, is whenever there is concerning issues that is being highlighted to him. Desmond and his team will never hesitate to help rectify the issues and ensure that the house is in good condition. He will always help to provide solutions and to clarify our doubts. We will strongly recommend Desmond to those who are looking to renovate their unit and make it a comfortable and heartwarming home to stay in! Thank You Desmond!!!

We engaged Desmond to do a simple renovation of our 1 BR and 5 out of 6 of our carpentry was wrongly done. Despite giving the carpenter our drawings and briefing him, he did what he wanted. The whole process was frustrating as the workers did not have protective coverings for the subsequent hacking that followed. Simple things they should know like not having a backing at the kitchen cabinet cannot even be thought of by them so our finishings look very rough and haphazardly sawn off to make way for pipes. Our kitchen cabinets perpendicular to each other have varying heights because the workers did not follow the drawings or match the height of the existing base. Drawer heights were not followed so our things cannot fit inside. When patching up the grouting for a portion of bathroom tiles, they did not match the colour. Too many things like this have left us frustrated, upset and very sad for what has become of our lovely home which feels like it is being torn apart and patched together by incompetent people. Cedron redid some of the carpentry and upon installation, they burst a pipe and started hacking our kitchen tiles without consent or even highlighting to us or caring to ensure the sink was protected. Despite me urgently yelling at them to stop, they didn't bat an eye and continued. The renovation was one screw up after another. Desmond is never around and we have to manage the site and workers ourselves. We project managed despite having full time jobs, we were the cleaners, coordinated the team of workers, told them what needed to be done because no one referred to drawings. When they mess up they won't tell us we would have to discover it and let them know how to rectify it. The team of workers especially the carpentry team are unskilled led by Desmond who has zero urgency, lacks experience, will to be excellent or drive for quality (no QA at all and just always making excuses for his workers). Desmond never gives timelines because he doesn't know or care about whats going on. 4 months down the road, we're still renovating, with a hole in our kitchen wall. We regret the decision of ever choosing Cedron and would not recommend them to anyone.

We are undertaking renovation at our place with Cedron Conception (53440622W). The renovation was scheduled in February, however, due to the incompetency of the Cedron Conception, some rework has to be done. The rework carpentry was conducted today (20/04/2022). However, again, due to the incompetence of the contractor, they burst a water pipe. The contractor got a plumber to come down. However, without prior consultation, they started hacking our walls without our approval. Our kitchen tiles have been badly damaged. This damage was done without our approval and the destruction of private property ensued. Despite my wife pleading with the worker to prevent more hacking to be done, they say continue work. All this happened without our approval and only after we raised our voice did they stop. Unfortunately the damage has already been done. Desmond has never been around. We had to take leave to manage the workers. Even when we are around, the workers never highlight anything to us. The usual pattern is they do something without our approval and we discover and they said damage has been done. Our renovation is was supposed to be completed in February and it is now April. Furthermore, the 3d design of the carpentry is totally different from the carpentry. The carpenter was not even referring to the 3d or the autocad. Refer to the pictures to see his workmanship. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
