His initiative , problem solving skills and ability to communication and liaise with his contactors has made the whole process more efficient and worry free. He is prompt to reply to any queries you have, which is extremely important as he made you have assured that your renovation works are well taken care of . Offer great advise and always share with us the feasibility/practicality of our request and ideas. Highly recommended

I have engaged Fifth Avenue Interior for my home renovation and I am excited to share my experience with Ron Tan as my interior designer! I have met numerous interior designers and what made me decide to go with Ron is his passion for his works, him remembering what I have shared and his well organized calendar. Despite having many projects on hand, he remembered the small details and without prompt, he would give me reminders and updates. Even though the theme I wanted is not his forte, he understood what I was looking for and what I was trying to convey. Having a good rapport is important to me. He has demonstrated his capability and delivery ability through his past works. These gave me the confidence for this engagement. And I did not regret with my choice. I love how my home has turned out to be! Those that have visited my place have all complimented how beautiful the place is! I have enjoyed this collaboration journey with Ron. His thoughtful advices have helped me in various decisions. He's always willing to go the extra mile. I must say he is a very patient guy! Throughout the renovation period, Ron gave me frequent progress updates automatically. I have trust in him and did not find myself having to visit the renovation site often. As Fifth Avenue Interior is one of the top-rated companies in Qanvast, it was easy for us to have seen the many positive reviews of Ron. My wife and I sent an email to Fifth Avenue to set up a meeting with him to discuss our renovation requirements of our 4-room resale flat. Right off the bat, we could sense his energy and his passion in design. We told him our likes and dislikes and he quickly came up with the overall theme. But what sets him apart from the other IDs that we had met was that we could bounce ideas off him and he gave suggestions on how our ideas could be improved on. This assured us that we were in the right hands. During the initial planning, his experience as an ID was shown as he advised us on what was best to implement and informed us of things to avoid according to our preferences. This and his keen sense of design helped shaped the foundation of our house. Besides designing, his management skills are excellent. All permits and documentations required by HDB were properly settled by him. He sets a realistic timeline and began the hacking works just 2 days after we got the keys to the house. Renovation updates were provided in a timely manner and he waited for us to confirm any decisions before proceeding with it. He was also able to identify potential problems and immediately reported it in order for us to discuss of a solution before it became a costly issue. He was always contactable during and after the renovation. There were instances when he and his team resolved issues that were not related to or caused by them. One such example was that his contractor took the time to modify the chimney hood in order for it to have ample air ventilation once it was installed onto the kitchen. We are very appreciative of this gesture. At the end of the renovation, the house turned out great as it did appear very similar to what was rendered during our planning. The project was done on time (it could have been much earlier if my items were delivered on time for him and his team to deliver). The handover itself was smooth and his post-renovation support has been pretty good so far. We have had 2 urgent issues to date and he has been promptly sending his team down to rectify them after reporting. Even though it has been 6 months since we moved in, we would like to thank Ron and his team for their hard work. There was nothing extravagant in the house but our friends and families complimented on the house when they came to visit. Thank you so much again, Ron. Wishing you the very best for your future. While we ultimately did not proceed with Fifth Avenue Interior, I would like to commend Ron for his professionalism and patience. Me and my fiancé were both very new to considering the vast options and choices that come with renovating a house. Ron helped process the concepts and goals we had by structuring them into layouts and quotations we could evaluate fairly. He was attentive to our concerns such as cost and timeline, whilst also sharing whether our expectations were realistic or not. Hence he conveyed a sincere balance between attentiveness to the customer's needs as well as communicating from a position of project management expertise and industry knowledge. Definitely worth considering, and wishing him all the best in his projects!

Out of all the 8 ID firms we had visited and spoken to, we have decided to choose Danny from Fifth Interior for our first home renovation experience. It was the best decision ever and no regrets. When we met Danny for the first time, we felt that he is someone whom we could communicate well with in terms of renovation ideas, suggestions and also our home requirements. He was a designer who was willing to take in our ideas, and at the same time, provide very insightful suggestions and improvise on what can be done better. From the start till the end of the project, Danny has been constantly updating us on the work progress and also what would be done next (without the need to chase him). When there are issues which require rectification, he will look into the matter and take action promptly without delays which impressed us. He is also very responsive whenever we had questions for him on the renovation. He also made the effort to take some time to accompany us for tiles, bathroom and kitchen accessories shopping despite his super busy schedule. He has also ensured that all parts of the works has been properly done and completed before handing over the house to us. The tiling, carpentry, electrical, plumbing works etc are of high quality. We are very satisfied with the overall outcome and it’s a dream house come true! Overall, Danny is a very trustworthy, responsible, reliable and responsive ID. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family members.

I engaged Lucas as he was the ID of my cousin’s renovation. Without seeing the actual workmanship of the IDs, I believe it’s all down to luck hence I decided to use one that i can “see” for myself. In this case, my mum raved about my cousin’s reno. Lucas is responsive. By that, I mean he will always provide a response within 24 hours. He will not MIA even after all payment is made. He is very logical in his feedback if he thinks it doesn’t work and seldom make assumptions. He would call, video to show or hand drawn 3D pictures so as to help me visualize. The overall service is 5/5. The whole team he uses, down to carpenter, plumber were all professional. It’s my 2nd renovation for this hdb and I can definitely say this company and Lucas and team are in this business for the long haul. The first experience we had with another company was so poor that we were traumatized and left a stigma about all the what could go wrongs in future renovation. However Lucas and team had proved there are decent and professional designers out there. The project completed a week ahead of the agreed time, within budget and no mismatch of what was drawn vs what was built! One of the best thing about Lucas is his prompt follow up of issues… during the reno I visit my place every weekend. When I see issues, I list it out and following week, it’s nearly all rectified. As such, when I got my place back, there was very little rectifications to be done. The smoothest renovation ever!

Lucas showed alot of professionalism/patience in walking us through the design/renovation process and he was always honesty/upfront in all his dealings with us Lucas was very clear in explaining the various options available to us (very useful for us as first-time owners). He also consulted us and took into account our lifestyle preferences, design considerations and budget limitations when planning the design. During the renovation, we didn't have to worry much about the progress. Even when we had to change carpentry contractors due to Covid-19 restrictions (much built-in carpentry and some of it was quite customised), Lucas was prompt in securing new contractors so that delays were minimised. Post-renovation, Lucas was also very thorough in helping us rectify all the small defects so that our house was as perfect as it could be. Lucas' modern farmhouse design really suits us and we appreciate that he was quite bold in proposing his ideas and taking our feedback into consideration. His attention to detail when planning out everything from carpentry, electrical, window replacement and even the painting. 5/5 experience, would absolutely recommend again.

I highly recommend 5th Avenue & esp their ID, Vina. Right from the start, she was the first to get back to us with a professional presentation. Vina is very responsive, quickly understands what we want (and we have an extremely particular taste) and delivers exceptional results. She is just particular enough to contribute meaningfully to our vision without overwhelming it. We must have changed our paint colours like 5 times, many times after it has been painted, and without the slightest hint of annoyance, Vina does not hesitate to change it. Renovation will always come with its set of errors and problems, but she is quick to resolve them, and won't rest until the problems are resolved to our satisfaction. All in all, I'm very happy with the results!
