My mum has purchased 2 units of Fanco Heli 56” DC ceiling fan from them on 23rd July 21. As Karen Lim (sales & biz partner) has advertised and promised her that the ceiling fan model comes with 6-speed thus, my mum trusted her (she does not know how to read English) and made a purchase from her. However, when they came to install, the fans only come with 5-speed function. Karen’s business partner, Kenny Ler has lied that they took the wrong product in their showroom and will change for us in the next few days. They purposely threw away the product box and instruction manual of the 5-speed fan without notifying us as they wouldn’t want us to find out they actually drew a line on the 5 speed wording to make it look like a 6 on the box. FYI, Karen still sent my mum a photo of that box before installation, “assuring” her that the model she ordered is 6-speed. We have given them 3 months to rectify but both of them have been lying to us, dragging time again and again by coming up with all sorts of excuses such as Karen told us she is unable to get in touch with Kenny at all when we clearly know that he’s in the office. She can confidently promised us that Kenny will come over to change for us on 27th Oct 21 but gave us another new excuse the next day and continue to delay. Now Karen has been avoiding our calls and not replying to our messages. We have filed a complaint to CASE on this as both of them have purposely claimed that it is a 6-speed ceiling fan to deceive my mum into purchasing from them and take advantage of my mum who does not understand English. There is actually no 6-speed at all for this ceiling fan model featured in their website. Such a dishonest and unethical company, both of you actually resort to such dirty tactic in order to get sales. We would have given 0 star if able to, this is the worst purchase experience ever. Please beware and do avoid purchasing any appliances or services from them in the future! Hope no one else gets cheated by them next time…
