Assisted in getting replacement curtain hooks after my kid broke them, and arranged to have them sent to my place as they do not have stock at the shop. Also assisted with my VB Blind issue. Prompt response and quick arrangement for support team to come and check.

We bought multiple items from the sales person as my house is renovating, however we need helps and support from this shop when need a spare part for the water heater that we bought from them, they just mention can't help and that's all! We received wrong part and have to wait couple weeks to have the correct part delivered (not yet now). I feel after sale service is not professional and item seems to be sold overprice. Disappointing.

Bath mixer having issue and follow up from Jan 2022 till Apr 2022 (currently). They are very smart when I mentioned that I would to go to the Press / social media to voice out my issue than came out a Solution to change my bath mixer from KOLM to Nobel. Went down to their HQ at Blastier and Ubi Oxley than got to know that KOLM is better than NOBEL and the price is $100+ different. Feel very cheated…. Buy from them the product and end up got to call supplier to check for dates. Azora… All I need is just updates on when the product can be replace even though the date may change due to shipment and I am fine with the changes as long as there are updates.??
L	Lig29x on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the shop looking to buy ceiling fans for my parents. Sadly, even when we have money ready to spend, the salesman is not at all interested to serve or entertain us. Not a greeting and totally don't even bother to ask what we are looking for. Just standing behind the counter doing his own things. When we approach him to ask to show us fans, unwillingly follow behind us, like we are forcing him to work. Ask for recommendations, only gave us a 3 word answer: "depend on your budget" and that's it. Really pity Azora for having such sales staff. Instead of the chance for easy sale, such lousy attitude only drive customers away. PS: After we left, we went to the another shop nearby who had a friendly sales staff, and bought 5 ceiling fans from him straight.
J	JunJie Ong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank Jackson for his time and patience for giving us a "tour" around the store, from bathroom to lightings, to kitchen faucets/sinks, to fans and even curtains! He also shared some useful advice and knowledge while going through the items. Prices may seemed to be on the higher side but some of them are worth the quality after checking out other shops.
