★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I call 999 to report on neighborhood building stage and table from 11pm onwards. The police came by driving slowly..very slow slow until people noticed and hide themselves in the house, then the police told me that ‘nobody was there’....OMG! my expectation might be too high!

A force that cannot be liable for wrongdoing or mistakes. Singapore police can make a mistake and over it up by threatening the victim, etc. and cannot be taken to court.
